Return Policy

General Policy

  • Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where items are damaged. If you need to request a return, exchange, or refund, you must provide an uncut, clear, 360-degree video showing the entire unboxing process, from opening the courier bag or box to completely unpacking the item. This video must be sent to hello@thenailspot.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. If proper evidence is not provided within this timeframe, your request may be denied.

Returns

  • Conditions for Returns: Returns are not accepted for final sale items unless the product has flaws. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with the original invoice intact.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at hello@thenailspot.in within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and the required unboxing video. We reserve the right to reject any return requests without prior notice.

Exchanges

  • Conditions for Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with the original invoice.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, email us at hello@thenailspot.in within 24 hours of delivery with the necessary images and unboxing video. We reserve the right to reject exchange requests without prior notice.
  • Exchange Address: If approved, send your item to the same address as above.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 15 days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the processing time, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time. If the refund is still missing after these checks, contact us at hello@thenailspot.in.

Gifts

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a gift certificate to you.
  • Non-Gift Orders: If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
